Buy a Virtual Server (Dedicated) Gen2 service

Please contact your Telstra representative on 1300 835 787 and ask for an application form. Instructions for ordering your service are included on the form.

We'll send you a confirmation email once your account has been activated and another when everything is up and running.


International customers

The Virtual Server (Dedicated) Gen2 service is not available outside Australia. Contact your Telstra Global representative or visit the Telstra Global website for information on the products available.


Get a Telstra username and password

Existing customers without online access can request a username and password here.

How to buy add-ons

Some add-ons can be requested through the management console, which you get access to once you sign up to one of our services.

Choose from a range or add-ons, such as a Telstra private network as well as network and security features.
