How to request support
Already a Telstra vCloud Air customer? You can initiate a support request through two places – the My VMware portal, or by calling us on 1800 620 345. Support is available 24/7.
Although support request tickets are synchronised between Telstra and VMware, you should only raise a support request in one of these support systems. We’ll make sure all support requests get through to the right support team.
It’s best to track your support requests in the support system where it was initially raised. Some support requests may be automatically recorded in both systems, but the status may not be synchronised in real-time across both portals.
