UC-One – Information, User Guides and Applications

UC-ONE can now be used over the Internet.

The UC-One portal allows a Customer Group Administrator (CGA) and/or User to redefine the default setting of automatically being connected to your Company network (VPN).

 

Instructions are listed below. Initially go to the TIPT UC One Collaborate Portal and follow the instructions.

 

For a User to change their setting to connect to UC-One through the Internet click on the following link to open a step by step instruction document. TIPT UC-One Portal – USER

UC-One is a unified communications application designed to increase business productivity by simplifying the way users communicate, whether they are at their desk or on the road.

 

It's like having the power of your TIPT desk phone in the palm of your hand.

 

UC-One can be deployed on mobile devices such as iPhones & iPads, Android phones and tablets and the Windows and MAC desktop platform.

 

IMPORTANT Note: For TIPT UC-One to work the following is required

 

  • The user must have a Standard or Executive feature pack
  • The user must be configured for UC-One (See User Guide & Application Downloads)
  • The device(s) you want to run TIPT UC One can either be connected to your private TIPT Network or the Public Internet.  To change you connection setting, follow the instructions outlined in Using the TIPT UC-One Portal – User, or CGA links in the green box listed above.

The current version of the iOS & Android mobile clients can be found on the respective Mobile Application stores

The current version of the PC and MAC Desktop client is 21.3.1. 

The current version of the PC (Windows) Desktop client with Lync Integration is 21.4.0

To configure TIPT UC-One for use across one or more users (Administrators only. PC only)

  • Click the following link TIPT Tools UC-One
  • Unzip this file & install, then enter your Administrator username and password.

  • Once it has been downloaded then enter your username and password.
