T Analyst - Paying your bills
You can make a payment towards a bill using T Analyst, by providing your bank account or credit card details.
Paying your bills via bank account/credit card.
Paying your bills by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Paying your bills via bank account/credit card
1. From the home page, select the View Bill tab.
2. Select the bill you want to make a payment against.
NOTE: You can make a payment against multiple accounts by ticking the box next to
account number(s).
3. Once account number(s) have been selected, select Payments drop down menu.
To make a payment using your bank account or credit card details, select "Make Payment".
4. Enter amount to be paid next to amount billed.
NOTE: A lesser amount may be entered for payment.
For Bank Account payments:
5. Select bank account against payment method
6. Select OK
7. Enter bank account details and select pay for payment to go through.
A message will appear to advise payment has been processed.
For Credit Card payments:
8. Select credit card against payment method
9. Select OK
10. Enter credit card details and select submit for payment to go through.
A message will appear to advise payment has been processed.
NOTE: An additional payment processing fee applies to credit card payments.
0.30% of the payment amount for Visa, MasterCard & American Express or
1.67% for Diners Club, plus applicable GST. Exemptions may apply.
Paying your bills by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
You can make a payment towards a bill using T Analyst, by electronic funds transfer.
NOTE: This option is only available to customers who have registered for EFT payments.
1. From the home page, select the View Bill tab.
2. Select the bill you want to make a payment against. NOTE: You can make a payment against multiple accounts by ticking the box next to account number(s).
3. Once account number(s) have been selected, select Payments button and Pay by EFT.
5. Enter amount to be paid next to amount billed.
6. Select OK.
7. A message will appear to advise payment is processing. A PDF will open advising of remittance details.
