What is MDUM?

The Mobile Data Usage Meter allows you as an administrator to view an estimate of your company’s current mobile data usage and charges.

The information shown is pre-bill, and can be used to monitor the domestic and international data usage estimates of any individual service or shared group on your account.

As an administrator you can receive sms or email notifications when your company’s domestic mobile data usage exceeds 50%, 85% and 100% of it’s shared group allowance/s.

MDUM Access:
To access MDUM as an administrator, you must be the Telstra Authorised Representative for your company's billing account. You can then access MDUM via these links
