This guide has been written for Telstra customers that have purchased the IP Gateway packages.

 

This guide contains information about:

 

  • How to log in and access the IP Gateway Reporting application,
  • How to use the application to generate IP Gateway reports,
  • The various report categories currently available to customers for download, and
  • A brief description on the purpose and content of each report.

The way you access the application differs for Telstra Business and Telstra Enterprise and

Government customers.
