Getting started with Cloud Collaboration - Cisco Powered Training Portal

Telstra is now providing an online self-service training portal for Cloud Collaboration - Cisco Powered users. This service is designed to help these users better understand their tools and technologies.

 

The Training Portal is:

  • A best efforts, value-add service provided to customers with Cisco Cloud Collaboration product
  • Online, self-service training related to Cisco Applications (such as Jabber or Webex) and physical devices
  • A service provided by Telstra that is accessible via our Telstra Online page or hyperlinked in your Cloud Collaboration - Cisco Powered Welcome Letter
  • A complementary service to traditional training offerings that are currently face-to-face and at additional charge to the customer

The Training Portal is not:

  • A proactive or managed service
  • A consultancy or reporting service desk
  • Standard fault or incident, adds, moves and changes support for Telstra products and service
  • A helpdesk
  • Replacement of traditional training/consulting services
