You can purchase Cloud Gateway directly or, if you’re an Australian customer, we’ve made it convenient to purchase Cloud Gateway while signing up for Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft® Azure cloud services from Telstra.

Purchase Cloud Gateway directly

  1. Log in to the Cloud Gateway management console. Can’t log in? Learn more about accessing Cloud Gateway.
  2. Select ‘Add a Cloud Gateway’ in the centre of the screen
  3. Choose an alias for your Cloud Gateway. This name will help you to distinguish this service from any other Cloud Gateways you purchase in the future.
  4. Select your Cloud Gateway bandwidth tier(s). The fee for your Cloud Gateway depends on the amount of bandwidth that you allocate to it.

There are two types of bandwidth you can allocate to your Cloud Gateway:
    • Bandwidth for accessing cloud services purchased through Telstra
    • Bandwidth for accessing cloud services purchased from another provider

  5. Decide on your contract term (month-to-month, 12 months, 24 or 36 months)
  6. Select the billing account you’d like to use for this purchase
  7. Read and accept the customer terms
  8. Review your order summary before selecting ‘Purchase’. Billing commences from the time you submit your order.
