For Cloud Gateway fees, contact your Telstra representative.

When Telstra billing will begin

Charging for your Cloud Gateway will begin as soon as you submit your Cloud Gateway purchase. If you purchased Cloud Gateway at the same time as signing up for AWS or Microsoft® Azure cloud services from Telstra, charging will begin from the time you sign up.

We’ll email you as soon as we receive your Cloud Gateway order.

Your Telstra bill
You’ll receive a single bill for all cloud services purchased through a Telstra billing account. The single bill will have a section for Cloud Gateway, which will include the following:

  • Monthly fee(s) – the ongoing, monthly rental fee per Cloud Gateway purchase. If you have allocated two types of bandwidth to your Cloud Gateway, these will be displayed as two separate rental fees.
  • Installation charge(s) –applies each time you purchase a Cloud Gateway and each time you add a Cloud Gateway connection.

Modification fee(s) – applies when you make a change to your Cloud Gateway or Cloud Gateway connection. Australian customers, at the time of purchase, if you have multiple Telstra billing IDs, you’ll need to select the ID you want to be charged to. If you’re a customer outside Australia, you’ll be billed to the one account we registered for you.

Terms and conditions
Australian customers, for the terms and conditions for your Cloud Gateway, refer to Our Customer Terms. If you’re outside Australia, refer to our standard Global Business Services Agreement and/or Cloud Gateway Service Schedule, or the versions of these we have otherwise agreed with you.
