Cisco Telephony System UC Cease Support

Cisco Telephony System UC 320/520/540/560 equipment has reached its end of life and Cisco is no longer producing parts or supporting software for these systems. Due to the age of the equipment there is an increased risk of failure. The sourcing of spare parts and major components is becoming increasingly difficult, and without vendor support we no longer have the highest level of technical support.


As a result, from 30 September 2016, we will no longer be able to support this product and its associated products under a Telstra Business Services (TBS) Priority Care Services Agreement.
