Your Telstra Tools – New self-serve functionality

You’ll notice some new features within Your Telstra Tools with the Mobile and Mobile Broadband dashboard.

 

Mobile Phone / Mobile Broadband dashboard

From this dashboard you can view your mobile services and perform self-serve transactions such as activating a replacement SIM card, adding/removing MessageBank, activating international roaming, updating barring options and temporarily suspending* a service.
