I have changed my mobile phone how do i restore my data to my new phone ?

When you open the MySync service on your new compatible Next G mobile phone, youll be greeted with a MySync welcome message asking if you have changed your phone. It will then ask you if you would like to synchronise your contacts and other mobile data (depending on handset capabilities) will be synchronised*.

You must have Next G mobile coverage.

Click Sync now to continue, follow the steps and your mobile data will be synchronised.
