How to view or change application access of Your Telstra Tools users

As an Authorised Representative or an Administrative User, you manage your subordinates’ access to many online applications. 


If your online role is Online User or Administrative User and you wish to gain access to an application, please contact your managing user (this may be your Administrative User or Authorised Representative if you are an Online User; this is your Authorised Representative if you are an Administrative User) as displayed on the homepage. 

Easy step by step process 

Step 1:

From the top tabs select Your profile

Step 2:

On this page, find Manage your users box. In this box select Move users to a new manager. This will take you to Manage your users page.

Step 3:

You will see all the subordinates who you manage.  Alternatively, type in the name of the user in the search box to search for an individual user and clickSearch

Step 4:

Click on the name of the subordinate whose account and access you want to edit.  This will take you to User details page.

Step 5:

The subordinate’s details will be shown on the page.  Go to the Enrolled applications section. You will see all the applications the subordinate has access to*.  To change this, click on Change.  

Step 6:

You will see a list of applications (or where applicable, roles and functions associated with the applications) that the user is entitled to access. To make changes to their current application enrolment, please select or deselect the checkbox next to the application roles.

Step 7:

Once you are satisfied with the changes, click Save.

*Please note there are some applications that are only available to contracted customers with relevant products and services.  Please note also that although access to some applications are provided via Your Telstra Tools, single sign-on is not possible at this time and you will not be able to see them listed on this page.  These applications may require alternative processes for you to grant/remove access for other users.  Please refer to the specific application under Application help to see how you can enrol users to a particular application.
