How to temporarily suspend a mobile?

1.Go to Your Telstra Tools and log in.

2.Click on Services and Mobile / Mobile Broadband

3.If you have access to the Mobile Data Usage Meter, a Mobile Phone / Mobile Broadband dashboard will appear. If you require access, refer to Your Profile section in Your Telstra Tools

4.On the Mobile / Mobile Broadband dashboard select your Billing Account number

 

5.Select a mobile number from the list on the left

6.Click on Temporarily Suspend Service

7.Complete form and select submit

8.Confirm details and select proceed

9.A notification will be sent to your nominated email address
