How do I modify or cancel my Virtual Storage and/or Cloud Gateway service?

Virtual Storage

 

To modify or cancel your Virtual Storage service, contact your Telstra representative, email or call us on 1800 620 345.

 

If you wish to change your plan during the minimum 12, 24 or 36-month term, we’ll cancel your current plan and a new minimum term will commence for your new plan. This change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

 

Cloud Gateway

 

To request a modification to the bandwidth of your Cloud Gateway connection to Virtual Storage, or if you no longer require your Virtual Storage connection to Cloud Gateway, contact your Telstra representative, email or call us on 1800 620 345. Early termination fees may apply if you cancel during your minimum term.

 

You’ll continued to be charged for your Cloud Gateway service until you cancel it.
