How do I change my Cloud Management Platform term and/or inclusions?

You can submit your request via the Cloud Services Portal or contact us if you need help working out the best options for your business.


You can submit a request via the portal to increase your term or resources, however to decrease from a 36-month term to a 12-month one, or to switch to pay as you go, you’ll need to contact us. Early termination charges may apply.


Any changes you submit are applied at the end of your current billing cycle.
