How do I cancel my cloud services?

If you’re a Telstra Cloud Infrastructure customer, you can manage your cloud services using the Cloud Services management console. You must have user role permissions to cancel your service.

If you’ve purchased our technology partner cloud services, how to cancel will vary according to the technology partner’s service agreement. Contact us or refer to the relevant support section for more details:

After canceling your service, you may still have access to the Cloud Services Portal to add a new service, project or to get help. You may also receive platform notifications from time to time. Contact us to remove these functions.
