If you’re an Australian customer, cancellation requests can be submitted via the Cloud Services Portal. We’ll contact you to discuss your circumstances or you can contact your Telstra representative directly.
If your business is outside Australia, contact your Telstra representative or contact us.
What happens next
We won’t be able to cancel your Cloud Management Platform services until you’ve removed all your cloud services from your Cloud Management Platform.
Before doing this, make sure you also record any configuration data you want to keep. Cloud Management Platform charges will continue until you remove all your cloud services.
After cancelling your Cloud Management Platform subscription, you’ll still have access to the Cloud Services Portal to manage any other Telstra cloud services you still have.
You can register again for Cloud Management Platform at any time. You may continue to receive platform notifications from time to time.

If your business is outside Australia, refer to your Telstra Global Business Services Agreement (GBSA) (or other equivalent agreement with a Telstra group company) and Cloud Services Service Schedule (with Cloud Management Platform Attachment).
