Can I suspend my Cloud Gateway subscription?

You cannot suspend your Cloud Gateway subscription, you can only cancel it.


To cancel your Cloud Gateway subscription, contact your Telstra representative.

If you cancel before the end of your contract, early termination fees may apply. 


Cancelling your Cloud Gateway is different from cancelling your Cloud Gateway connection.


Removing a Cloud Gateway connection

Contact us to let us know of your intention to disconnect a cloud service. We’ll email you once the cancellation is complete.
