'Caller Group' allocations

Small Business and Small Corporate customers can set up 'Caller Groups' in Online Bills and allocate calls to particular people or cost centres. A summary of the calls allocated to each Caller Group can then be viewed. Allocations of calls to these Caller Groups can even be made in Calls Yet To Be Billed, and will remain allocated, online, once the Online Bill has been issued.
