&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Do I need to purchase pre-requisite&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Microsoft licences from Telstra?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you currently purchase your licences from another Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), then you will need to move your pre-requisite licence subscriptions to Telstra in order to purchase Telstra Calling for Office 365.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Yes, you must authorise Telstra as your delegate CSP in order to purchase Telstra Calling for Office 365. This is even the case when your pre-requisite licence subscriptions are with Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Why does Telstra have to be my Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP)?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Telstra must be a CSP for your Office 365 service in order to provide assurance and support for this voice calling service. Telstra must therefore remain an ongoing administrator of your tenancy for the duration you are using TCO365. Telstra would not be in a position to comply with assurance service levels and therefore reserves the right to cancel your Telstra Calling for Office 365 as it becomes an unsupported service configuration.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In addition to this, all current and future pre-requisite licences must be linked to the TCO365 licences in the Microsoft Administrator portal in order for Telstra to provide support of the service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

The service desk is a single point of contact for customer administration support, incident and service request management in relation to your TCO365 Service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Customer Data (including Personal Information as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) collected through a Microsoft Cloud Service may be transferred and stored and processed in the United States, Australia, Singapore or any other country in which Microsoft or its service providers and their subcontractors maintain facilities. This applies to TCO365.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Number Management, Migration and Porting&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Is international IDD call barring available when using TCO365?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The calling capabilities of the end users who utilise the TCO365 service is dependent on Office 365 feature capabilities. Office 365 supports call barring to international destinations (IDD). IDD barring can be enabled per end user using a PowerShell command script in the Office 365 Administration Centre. Refer to the Microsoft TechNet website for details.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Is premium number call barring available when using TCO365?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The calling capabilities of end users who utilise the TCO365 service is dependent on Office 365 feature capabilities. Premium numbers such as 19xx numbers, 1234, 12456, 13 and 1300 numbers cannot be barred. Microsoft are working on a feature improvement in the future that will allow the configuration of this type of barring for each end user.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How do I migrate my existing Telstra phone numbers to Telstra Calling for Office 365?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our project team will work with you on a site-by-site basis to manage the migration of your Telstra phone numbers to Telstra Calling for Office 365. Through our service discovery and detailing stages, we will assess and validate the eligibility of your existing numbers. Once validated, Telstra can configure your number into Microsoft Office 365.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Migration is a gradual experience for several popular Telstra services, due to an interim migration cutover phase that allows the user to make and receive calls via TCO365 while using the existing service in parallel.&amp;nbsp; We will provide you with an 1800 number, which you can use to forward calls from your previous service. When all testing is satisfactory, Telstra can then cut you over to TCO365 in its entirety.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How do I port my existing phone number to/from Telstra Calling for Office 365?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Local number portability is available if you want to switch phone service providers but keep your existing telephone numbers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To port your number from another provider to Telstra, speak to your Account Executive. Telstra will be in touch to obtain further details on these numbers to commence the process. We will work with you and your previous provider to ensure a simple and smooth transition. Telstra charges for this service as part of a Professional Service package.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To port your Telstra number to another provider, you will need to raise this request with your new provider. They will then contact Telstra directly to arrange this process.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How do I set up new users with TCO365?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will need to have purchased a new Telstra Calling for Office 365 calling plan to allocate to a new user. You will need to also request new phone numbers from Telstra at the same time unless you already have spare numbers you can use.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can purchase a calling plan and request new numbers via the Telstra Apps Marketplace. Then use the Office 365 Administration Centre to allocate this plan and phone number to your new user. Once allocated, a dial pad will appear in their Office 365 Skype for Business or Teams client and they can start making calls.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What phone numbers can I use with my service?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;TCO365 phone numbers are standard Full National phone numbers (i.e. 02 xxxx xxxx, or 03 xxxx xxxx). There are no special or premium 13x or 1800 numbers allocated directly into Office 365. These numbers can only be purchased separately and then directed to a TCO365 full national phone number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Service Desk&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>TIPT Commpilot changes</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="lia-message-template-content-zone"&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIPT CommPilot is an application that allows business owners to remotely access their company’s telephony system to:&amp;nbsp; customise how the business will respond to calls; manage incoming and outgoing calls; manage employees' phone numbers; and manage employees' rights.&amp;nbsp; Commpilot has recently been updated to a new version (Revision 21) with some changes, including new features, that impact both Group Administrators and general users.&amp;nbsp; The key changes are listed below, with more information available in the document &lt;A href="https://www.telstra.com.au/content/dam/tcom/business-enterprise/support/pdf/commpilot-updates.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;here.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hierarchical Communication Barring Enhancements&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This allows the group administrator of an enterprise to control Hierarchical Communication Barring applied to a specific user in the group; and allows the “$” wildcard character at the beginning of the digit string.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Name Dialling Policy for Auto Attendant&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This has introduced the ability to program the Auto Attendant to use dedicated name dialling last names and first names.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Call Processing Control Enhancements&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This feature adds the Calling Line Identity for Redirected Calls policy to the existing Call Policies controls at both the user and virtual subscriber levels.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Extended Away Unanswered Call messaging&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The voice portal has been modified to include an option to change the extended away greeting.&amp;nbsp; The User can enable or disable the extended away option via the Messaging&amp;gt;Greetings page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Call Recording pre-capability&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is a minor change to commPilot in the form of an option under the User&amp;gt;Profile&amp;gt;Device Policies page.&amp;nbsp; This will not provide any call recording functionality until call recording is configured on TIPT in a future release.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hunt Group Call Busy &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A new policy called Enable Group Busy has been added to hunt groups.&amp;nbsp; By default, this policy is turned “off”.&amp;nbsp; When the policy is turned “on”, any incoming call to the hunt group triggers a busy treatment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Announcement Repository&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This feature enhances the user’s and group’s ability to add, maintain, and associate announcements that are used by services in TIPT.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Virtual Subscriber Assigned Services Reconciliation&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Availability of the following services been extended:&amp;nbsp; Outgoing Calling Plan, Pre-alerting Announcement, Communication Barring User-Control (CB-UC), Charge Number, and Calling Line ID Delivery Blocking.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Support of G722.2 (AMR-WB) Codec&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The AMR-WB codec has been introduced to conferences and Interactive Voice Response services on the Media Server. This codec offers a sampling rate of 16 kilohertz (kHz) and uses between 6.6 to 23.85 kilobits per second (Kbps) of bandwidth. In commPilot, this new codec is now an option as the preferred codec for Call Centres, Route Points and Music on Hold services.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Internal Call CLID Policy&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;An administrator can now choose which CLID value (the extension, location code plus extension, or external CLID) is used as the presenting identity for internal calls.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Configurable First Digit Time-Out for Auto Attendant&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Auto Attendant now supports a configurable time-out for the first digit collection when a caller is navigating through the top-level Auto Attendant menus.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Group Administrators can no configure the timeout value, the default value being 10 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device Management Rebuild or Reset Queue Enhancements&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;An administrator can now monitor and control the Device Management event queues.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Messaging Server Sharing Server Licensing&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A new link has been added under the messaging menu for the new Collaborate-Sharing service. This link is visible to the Group Administrator as well as the User but it has no configuration options.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Selective Criteria Enhancements for Called Number&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Selective services now provide functionality on the number called in addition to the criteria already available. This is especially desired for more sophisticated fixed/mobile deployments where the “behaviour” of calls is intended to be different depending on whether the subscribers are reached via their mobile numbers.&amp;nbsp; Selective services are: Call Forwarding Selective; Selective Call Rejection; TIPT Anywhere; Custom Ringback User; Executive; Executive-Assistant; Priority Alert; Selective Call Acceptance; Call Notify; Pre-alerting Announcement; Find-me/Follow-me.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Query Find-Me Follow-Me Numbers&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This feature extends the ability to query a number and provide the result t numbers on which the TIPT Anywhere service is configured.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Call Decline Device Policy&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A user in a Shared service (eg Shared Call Appearance) can now terminate ringing at all locations by declining the call at one of the endpoints. This terminates all ringing calls and applies the Busy treatment to the originator.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Trunk Group Availability Status Enhancements&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The sendContinuousOptionsMessage Application Server configuration parameter can now enable the continual sending of SIP OPTIONS to determine the trunk group availability status. &amp;nbsp;This allows an administrator to control which OPTIONS response status codes indicate an available trunk group.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>TIPT Password Expiry Webform</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="lia-message-template-content-zone"&gt;&lt;P&gt;The TIPT Password Expiry feature, when enabled, requires all TIPT users within a Company to change their Web password login credentials periodically based on the number of days (either 30, 60 or 90 days) requested.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When the password expiration is enabled, the user will be notified that their password has expired and will be prompted to change their password.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Enabling the password expiry feature currently applies to CommPilot only.&amp;nbsp; Support for TIPT UC-One desktop, mobile and tablet clients will be available by the end of Q2 noting it will be rebranded as Telstra UC-One Communicator.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This feature must be requested from the Company’s Authorised Representative prior to Telstra enabling the feature.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have decided to cease the sale and to exit ISDN2, ISDN2 Enhanced, ISDN10/20/30, DDS Fastway, Megalink and Frame Relay products (together, ‘&lt;STRONG&gt;Products&lt;/STRONG&gt;’) for both our wholesale and retail customers due to the supporting technologies and platforms nearing the&amp;nbsp;end of life.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Telstra has decided to exit Products across all geographic regions by 2022. Before this time, the underlying technologies and platforms that support these Products will have ceased being supported by the relevant vendors meaning Telstra will no longer be able to provision and maintain services to satisfactory levels.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Additionally, during this period we expect that the nbn co rollout will reach up to 92% of Australian premises, with Telstra subsequently being required to disconnect the copper network that is currently used to deliver these Products on a region by region basis. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This advance notice is being provided to allow you sufficient time to plan for an appropriate replacement solution for your business, whilst allowing Telstra to comply with its disconnection obligations.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;From 31 January 2018, a “stop sell” will be in place for Telstra Retail and Telstra Wholesale customers who do not already acquire these Products (as at that date). &lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Products will stop being available for sale to all Telstra Retail and Telstra Wholesale customers who acquire these Products from 30 June 2018.&amp;nbsp; Telstra Retail and Telstra Wholesale customers will still be able to make configuration, software and record changes to existing services for each of the Products during the period leading up to final disconnection of those services, subject to any rules to be put in place as part of Telstra’s more detailed disconnection processes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The Products’ Final Exit Date will be communicated to you&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We expect the disconnection of existing services for the Products to follow nbn co’s rollout region disconnection timeframe, starting from June 2019 (when we anticipate these Special Services would otherwise commence being subject to disconnection under an nbn co-White Paper) and continuing until June 2021. &amp;nbsp;These disconnection arrangements will be notified to customers. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The final exit date for ISDN2, ISDN2 Enhanced, ISDN10/20/30 will be 31 May 2022. Final Exit Date and the process for the disconnection of existing product/services will be communicated to you with appropriate notice.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We will follow our usual product exit processes in addition to the Migration Plan obligations&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We will communicate further with you about the need to migrate your services to alternative solutions leading up to disconnection and the Final Exit Date, consistent with our standard approach to product exits. Our disconnection processes for these Products will also be consulted on with nbn co. Wholesale customers and the ACCC, in accordance with our obligations under the Migration Plan.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So what’s next?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you are an existing or prospective customer, your service has not changed.&amp;nbsp; You can continue to receive your service on your current terms and can continue to order new services up until the relevant “stop sell” date that applies to you.&amp;nbsp; We will communicate further information in relation to the various milestones, including the Final Exit Date, in due course.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Due to the age of the equipment there is an increased risk of failure. The sourcing of spare parts and major components is becoming increasingly difficult, and without vendor support we no longer have the highest level of technical support.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As a result, from 30 September 2016, we will no longer be able to support this product and its associated products under a Telstra Business Services (TBS) Priority Care Services Agreement.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Ensure the listed location is Enabled.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;If the number appears in the list but does not have a tick next to it, then the device will not ring on an incoming call.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Your Call Forward No Answer number of ring is at a minimum of 6 rings.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note:&amp;nbsp; Even though the device does not ring a call can still be pulled to it to continue your conversation.&lt;/P&gt;
