&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can register new users individually online and in real time by using your &lt;STRONG&gt;Create new user&lt;/STRONG&gt; function.&amp;nbsp; If you need to register larger numbers of multiple users, you can do this via a batch process (&lt;A href="https://enterprise-support.telstra.com.au/t5/FAQs/How-to-create-multiple-Your-Telstra-Tools-users/ta-p/3731"&gt;Learn How&lt;/A&gt;).&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV class="lia-message-template-content-zone"&gt;&lt;P&gt;As an Authorised Representative, you can nominate an existing Administrative User within your online hierarchy to be the new Authorised Representative and replace you.&amp;nbsp; When the change has been made, you will become an Online User with no user management authority and you will not be able to access the Manage your users functions.&amp;nbsp; Your application enrolments are not affected but your access entitlements within individual applications may be affected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please note that:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;A digital certificate is virus-free piece of software specially designed to protect your privacy and represent your personal identity on your computer. Digital certificates are "encrypted" for secure transmission. Digital certificates ensure that your details are kept private and secure.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your digital certificate is downloaded to your computer through your browser, and is coded with your Telstra account details. Any time you wish to access private information or a secure application you will be prompted to prove your identity using your digital certificate.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please note a digital certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of activation. If the certificate is not replaced with this 3 year period it will expire and become unusable. &lt;A href="https://register.telstra.com.au/online/replace_cert2.html"&gt;Visit here&lt;/A&gt; to replace your certificate online. This site can also be used to replace your certificate if it is lost. Please note that only Online Authorised representative users can replace their own certificates. For all others users please contact your managing online user.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A name="using"&gt;&lt;/A&gt;Using a digital Certificate that is received as an attachment&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your digital certificate may be issued to you in an activated state upon request. Digital certificates in this format are issued as a .PFX file and come as an attachment with your Telstra online services welcome email.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;To install your certificate from the .PFX file attachment double click on it.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You will be presented with an 'Import Wizard' to help you through the process.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You will be prompted to enter a file location where your certificate to be imported will be stored (eg. the a:\drive). In most cases you can leave the existing address in this field as the default location.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You will be prompted to enter a password. Most Certificates will have a password for security reasons. If there is a password for your digital certificate it will be provided on your welcome email. If there is no password provided, leave the password field blank. This password is only required for installing your certificate, it is not required to use the certificate when accessing Telstra online services.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You will be prompted about the certificate store. Continue with the default store setting. This will now import the nominated certificate into your Internet Explorer browser&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;* If you receive your certificate as a .CER file it will not function correctly and will need to be reissued to you as a .PFX by Telstra or your managing user.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If your managing user creates the certificate for you or you register for online services yourself you will receive a PIN for your certificate.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you have received your PIN, visit https://register.telstra.com.au/tra/reg.html to complete your registration. This will take you through a series of pop-up browser screens (e.g. Microsoft Internet Explorer) to download your digital certificate. During this process you’ll need to provide a name for your digital certificate and also choose three secret questions and answers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A name="export"&gt;&lt;/A&gt;How do I export a digital certificate?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may wish to transfer your certificate to another computer or create a backup. If you have a copy of your certificate as a .PFX file you can follow the steps from ‘Using a digital Certificate that is received as an attachment’ to install it to another computer. If you do not have a copy of your certificate in this format you’ll need to export your certificate.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Steps using Internet Explorer:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select Tools, then Internet Options, then Content.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select Certificates to identify which certificate you wish to export.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select/highlight the certificate you wish to export, and then select Export. You will be presented with an 'Export Wizard' to help you through the process.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You will be prompted about exporting a private key with your certificate. Note that you must export the privacy key for your exported certificate to work correctly.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You will be prompted about the export format of the certificate. Continue with the default format setting which should be .PFX format.&lt;/LI&gt;
